August update is here.
Smaller update this time, due to some unforeseen event. Early this month, an update occurred on the hosting server that we've been using for various years. This left me with a few issues, such as losing write access to our files, a database migration from a few months old backup and the application breaking from the various version upgrades.
While some of the issue were restored rapidly, some required rush patching to get things running again. But some stuff were still broken as of today.
And with new update planned soon, which would have incur even more breaking changes (Jakarta migration for instance), I spent the few last weeks doing a complete upgrade of the aging software dependencies. That included migrating everything to Java 17, Tomcat 10, PostgreSQL 15, jForum 2.9.0 and removing dead weight.

And after all this, I still didn't had write access back, making me unable to push part of the update or review the configuration. So I fired back an old project on AWS. The video were already on AWS as of 3 years ago, but now, it was time to finalize the computing part. After much files moving, upgrade and testing, I got the instance running.
As of this update, Shadowlord inc is now running on its own server: Smaug. And yes, all my computers are all dragon names based, like Bahamut and Tiamat ( my local file servers), Volteer and Ignitus (my local Dev servers), Gorbash (my laptop), and so on.

I would like to thanks Kyreeth, for hosting us for all those years. We wouldn't have reach this far without you. Furvect has been a pillar that helped this community from the start.

Next step site wise? I still need to do a layout change, but help has been difficult to obtains, mostly due to communication issue (for instance, timezone).
