Here's some that I remember (I might be forgetting a few):

  • "Wizzin'": Fry, Zoidberg and Bender are turned into toads.


  • "Three Hundred Big Boys": Farnsworth gets a treatment that makes him look younger. His girlfriend also gains a lot of weight.


  • "Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles": Everyone gets continually regressed down in age.


  • "Neutopia": Everyone gets their genders switched and back.


  • "The Prisoner of Benda": Everyone gets their minds and bodies swapped around.


  • "The Butterjunk Effect": Leela and Amy take super-steroids for muscle growth.


  • "Naturama": Everyone continually turns into animals.


  • "Leela and the Genestalk": Leela grows tentacles all over her body.


  • "Murder on the Planet Express": An alien shapeshifter disguises itself as the Planet Express crew.

  • "Big Ol' Mikey": Mikey has a nightmare about turning into a giant. Though I'm not sure if they actually show him changing.
