I was wondering how could I upload a clip?

Hi, I'm new to this website, and I love it already. But lets get to the point: I've found that some clips older than 2005 are not visible or even downloadable, like many of the Looney Toons or Tom & Jerry clips. If a moderator or administrator sees this, I would be glad if they respond and do something about it. Thanks for your attention.
