There are three locations where Sora, Donald and Goofy become different forms:

1.) In Pride Lands, Sora becomes a lion cub, Donald becomes a hornbill, Goofy becomes a tortoise and Pete becomes a lion.

2.) In Atlantica, Sora becomes a merman, Donald becomes a squid and Goofy becomes a sea turtle.

3.) In Halloween Town, Sora becomes a vampire, Donald becomes a mummy and Goofy becomes Frankenstein while in Christmas Town Sora becomes Santa, Donald becomes a snowman and Goofy becomes a reindeer.
